Directions
Shake well before using. Wet your dog’s coat thoroughly. Starting at the head and working back, lather shampoo into the coat down to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Leave lather on for 5–7 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and towel dry. For maximum effectiveness, reapply every 7 days.

Important Information

  • Not for puppies under 12 weeks.

  • Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Consult a veterinarian before use on pregnant or nursing dogs.

  • Sensitivities may occur after using any pet product. If irritation occurs, bathe with mild shampoo and rinse with plenty of water.

  • Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

If in eyes, hold eyelids open and rinse gently with water for 15–20 minutes. Call a doctor or poison control for advice. Always keep the container or label when seeking medical treatment.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

When picking up your order, you may be required to provide a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email (digital or printed) for verification.


Authorized Pickup:

If you are unable to pick up the order yourself and wish to designate someone else to pick it up on your behalf, please ensure that they have a copy of the order confirmation email and a copy of your photo ID for verification.


Order Changes:

Any changes to your order, such as modifications or cancellations, must be requested before the designated pickup time. Please contact our customer service for assistance.


Hold Period:

Your order will be held for pickup for 7 days from the time you receive the pickup confirmation notification. After this period, your items may be restocked, and your order may be canceled.
