Directions

  1. Pour litter to a depth of 3–4 inches.

  2. Remove solids daily.

  3. Add more litter to maintain a depth of 3–4 inches.

  4. Clean the litter box with warm water and mild detergent between litter changes.

  5. Store in a dry place.

Pregnant women and those with suppressed immune systems should avoid handling used cat litter due to the risk of toxoplasmosis. Always wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not flush litter or dispose of it outdoors in gutters or storm drains. Used litter is not recommended for garden use. Product is filled by weight; some settling may occur.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Authorized Pickup:

If you are unable to pick up the order yourself and wish to designate someone else to pick it up on your behalf, please ensure that they have a copy of the order confirmation email and a copy of your photo ID for verification.

Hold Period:

Your order will be held for pickup for 7 days from the time you receive the pickup confirmation notification. After this period, your items may be restocked, and your order may be canceled.
